Nature of This Resource

Le Sueur County Released Inmates is an independent reference site. It is not operated, approved, or sponsored by Le Sueur County, the Sheriff's Office, Le Sueur County Jail, Minnesota DOC, a court, or any federal agency. The site stores no official custody or release records. It cannot confirm that a person is confined or released, change a record, release anyone, accept a records request for an agency, or file a court document.

The pages point visitors toward official Le Sueur County and Minnesota resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Any custody status, release date, transfer detail, court event, or supervision status must be verified through the office or system that created the underlying record.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only in a lawful and responsible way. By continuing, you agree to the following limits:

• Do not use the site while committing or helping another person commit an unlawful act.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.

No Consumer Reports

Le Sueur County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not offer screening services through this site. You agree that neither site content nor results reached through an embedded or linked tool will be used to decide:

• whether to hire, retain, promote, discipline, or terminate a person;
• whether to rent or provide housing to a person;
• a person's creditworthiness, credit terms, or insurance premium;
• eligibility for a license, permit, benefit, or government program when consumer-reporting rules apply; or
• any other matter regulated by the FCRA.

Custody rosters, release events, office contacts, and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Le Sueur County Sheriff, Le Sueur County Jail, Minnesota DOC, a court, or any other government agency.

Liability Is Limited

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Le Sueur County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to access, or use of the site or an outside resource. Your Duty to Indemnify

Suspension of Access

If a Provision Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
